Amelia and Kieran’s Burgh House wedding photography is proof that a little rain only adds to the magic. Nestled in Hampstead, Burgh House is an elegant 18th-century venue with stunning wood-paneled interiors - perfect when the British weather decides to crash the wedding uninvited!

Despite midsummer expectations, the day brought heavy rain, forcing us to dash outside between showers for family photos. Thankfully, the Music Room provided a gorgeous setting for those classic “just married” shots - no umbrellas required! After cocktails (which may or may not have influenced some enthusiastic dance moves), the whole party hopped onto a vintage bus, destination: The Coach in Clerkenwell.

Before I left, I convinced Amelia and Kieran to step outside for a five-minute photo shoot - and wow, it was worth it! Some of my favourite newlywed portraits ever. I’m convinced the cocktails helped.
