How long WILL we have to wait to get our EDITED PHOTOS?

Edits can take anywhere up to 4 weeks from your wedding date but I guarantee no longer than that. That's super-quick when compared to the UK average of 6-8 weeks.

CAN WE REQUEST CHANGES TO THE EDITS?

Yes of course. You have 14 days from receiving your gallery link (known as the proofing period) to request 1 round of complementary re-edits, crops, converting to black & white etc. After that extra rounds of edits are charged at £10 per photo.
CAN WE ASK FOR EXTRA PHOTOS - AKA FILE DIGGING?

As part of the edit process I will have already picked all of the best photos for you. Anything that didn't make it to the edit screen either didn't fit/advance the story, had technical issues or wasn't flattering... and nobody should ever see an unflattering photo of themselves.
KEEPING YOUR IMAGE FILES SAFE MEANS MAKING AT LEAST TWO BACKUPS TO DIFFERENT STORAGE DEVICES AND AT LEAST ONE ONLINE STORAGE SOLUTION SUCH AS Apple i-cloud or google drive but the very best way to keep them safe is to print them, either as individual prints or in a bespoke printed album. love technology, trust paper.
